Designing and owning the distributed systems that allows Researchers to backtest their trade ideas, to shorten the idea → experiment → result loop
Working side-by-side with quants to turn research code into profit generating models in production
Taking ownership of the monitoring and tweaking of revenue generating algorithms in production
Qualification
Required
Software engineers who enjoy algorithmic problem-solving, not just product features
People with a math, physics, or quantitative mindset - whether formal or self-taught
Engineers who like owning systems end-to-end and iterating on them over time
Engineers coming from big tech, startups, or research environments who want their work closer to the 'decision-making engine.'
