5+ years expThompson Fabrication is seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce and Docusign Admin for a remote part-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to enhance member engagement and streamline operations.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and migration of a new Salesforce-based CRM system by understanding current workflows and business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and align the system with business objectives, and coordinating with vendors and consultants for smooth integration and deployment
Perform day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks, including user setup, profile management, data imports, and system configuration
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the unique needs of the Thompson, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
Maintain data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits, cleaning, and de-duplication
Provide technical support and training to staff and users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively utilize Salesforce
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into our operations, program participation, and member engagement
Work with third-party vendors and IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, enhance system functionality, and improve user experience
Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and user guides
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with focus on Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Preferred
Certified Salesforce Business Analyst
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Traction Rec)
Strong knowledge of database management
Experience with data migration, integration, and API management
Familiarity with security best practices and data protection regulations
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
