Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of security engineers and technical program managers
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Define and execute the roadmap for authentication services in partnership with enterprise architecture and security leadership
Ensure authentication services are scalable, reliable, and aligned with GM’s cybersecurity standards
Identify and implement opportunities to improve user experience while maintaining a high security posture
Collaborate with IT, product, infrastructure, and application development teams to ensure secure integration of authentication capabilities
Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on identity and access security topics
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of modern identity and service architectures (cloud, hybrid, zero trust)
Experience managing large-scale technical programs and teams across multiple time zones
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
