Head of Product Management

As the Head of Product Management, you will define the product vision and strategy for AI-driven cybersecurity services, managing the entire product lifecycle and mentoring product management teams.

Responsibilities

Define Product Strategy & Vision: The entire service portfolio, overseeing market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to identify new growth opportunities and maintain market leadership
Own the Product Roadmap: AI-driven detection, investigation, and auto-remediation workflows, prioritizing initiatives that maximize customer value, business goals, and P&L targets
Lead Product Lifecycle: From concept through launch, focusing on feature definition, market fit, pricing, and packaging for new and existing services, especially those incorporating cutting-edge AI/ML
Drive Market Analysis & Customer Insights: Translating real-world attacker behavior and customer pain points into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams
Lead & Mentor Product Management Team: Managing product managers and a diverse set of stakeholders. Drive a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning
Collaborate with Engineering & UX: Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of product features, balancing long-term strategic investments with immediate customer needs
Define and Monitor Product KPIs: (e.g., adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction, retention) and oversee the operational success and reliability of products in production
Partner with Sales, Marketing, & Customer Success: Develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement content, and product positioning that clearly articulates the value proposition to the market
Foster Innovation: Identify and drive the adoption of new technologies and engineering methodologies within the product. Push the frontier—experiment with retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling agents, and multi-modal models (text + logs + graphs) to maintain a competitive advantage

Required

8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including 3+ years managing multiple product teams or a significant product portfolio
Proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps, managing P&L, and scaling product organizations in a high-growth environment
Expertise in product management best practices, agile methodologies, GTM strategies, and driving organizational process improvements
10+ years of experience in the cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology industry
Strong familiarity with scalable, distributed system architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Deep understanding of security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and security event processing at scale
Strong fundamentals in API design (REST/gRPC) and data modeling from a product-definition perspective
Deep understanding of how AI/ML, LLMs, and Vector databases can be applied to solve complex cybersecurity problems (e.g., autonomous detection, investigation, and response)
Experience defining product requirements for AI-driven features and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, custom agents)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy to executive leadership, technical teams, and external customers
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to solve complex business and technical problems
Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and grow senior technical talent and leadership within the organization
A strong passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to building security-first products and automation
Clear, concise communication skills and a bias for collaborative problem-solving
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Business or Information Security)

Preferred

Prior experience in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) or Managed Detection and Response (MDR) setting
Experience with graph databases or security-focused knowledge graphs
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure security (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Background leading teams in high-growth startups or enterprise SaaS
Relevant certifications (e.g., security-related credentials or product management certifications) are a plus
