Responsibilities

Observing teachers and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress within learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and exemplifying effective methods for the broader staff
Facilitating life skills workshops that captivate students and illustrate to staff what high-quality delivery entails
Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm that academic objectives are achieved
Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address questions

Required

Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
Available to work onsite at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related area involving youth or adults
A minimum of 1 year spent training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
Hands-on experience with children aged 5-14 in educational or youth development environments

Preferred

Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline
