Responsibilities
Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at a world-class standard
Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, rewarding activity design, and challenge resolution
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that elevates student participation and outcomes
Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced motivation and mentorship techniques
Qualification
Required
Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on-site work at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or closely related area
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities with experience building, directing, and inspiring high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive ongoing improvement
Legal authorization to work in the United States
