Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis, such as acoustics, radar and sonar data, using tools such as MATLAB
Perform requirements analysis, development and management
Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Test activities
Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
This position is for an intern who is enrolled in a Bachelor's (or higher) Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree program and will be at minimum, entering their sophomore year by the start of summer 2026
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Experience with tools, such as MATLAB or Python, for data analysis and automation
Experience with troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
Experience with or exposure to naval undersea and/or naval surface platforms
