Responsibilities
Submission of IT related purchase requests globally
Accuracy Verification: Cross-check purchase details such as pricing, specifications, and quantities against quotes or vendor agreements. Ensure there are no discrepancies in the order of details
Provide basic analysis and summary reports using multiple data points
Liaise with internal customers to capture requirements
Complete various tasks via ticketing system to support the entire IT Organization
Qualification
Required
Moderately proficient in Excel
Attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
Motivated, self-starter, with excellent multi-tasking skills
Quick to respond to escalated issues
Ability to show thoughtfulness, attention to detail and accountability
