Responsibilities

Participate in the development of metrics, statistics, and descriptive analysis to support the evaluation of C2BMC system performance
Conduct research and analysis to identify meaningful patterns and trends from test datasets, employing statistical methods to validate or reject hypotheses about the data
Employ techniques such as data visualization, simulation, and system modeling to achieve desired analysis results
Assist in developing straightforward solutions to technical problems discovered and create actionable insights for C2BMC test team and decision makers
Collaborate with the development team to communicate key test findings and assist with anomaly resolution
Assist with the planning, scheduling and development of new software verification, analysis and test tracking tools and maintenance of existing toolsets
Ensure proper backup/archiving of test products and analysis datasets

Required

Must have a government security clearance at the Secret level; you must be a US Citizen for consideration
Ability to perform analysis of test event data and coordinate observations and resolutions across various development and test teams
Experience in developing metrics, statistics, and descriptive analysis to support the evaluation of system performance
Conduct research and analysis to identify meaningful patterns and trends from test datasets, employing statistical methods
Employ techniques such as data visualization, simulation, and system modeling to achieve desired analysis results
Assist in developing straightforward solutions to technical problems discovered and create actionable insights
Collaborate with the development team to communicate key test findings and assist with anomaly resolution
Assist with the planning, scheduling and development of new software verification, analysis and test tracking tools
Ensure proper backup/archiving of test products and analysis datasets

Preferred

Experience working in a Linux environment
Working knowledge of ballistic or non-ballistic missile defense concepts, Command and Control (C2) systems, defense communication systems, the Missile Defense System (MDS) in general, and Space Domain Awareness
Experience in the use of COTS modeling, simulation, and analysis tools
Some experience in message-based analysis of complex systems
Experience with using and maintaining relational databases
Experience in the use of software test and analysis tools
