Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Analyze historical data and industry trends to provide accurate financial projections
Develop and maintain reporting on key operational and financial metrics. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards
Support a regular review cadence with management to discuss financial performance and variance to plan and forecast projections
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into their impact on the company's financial performance. Identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement. Present findings to manager and/or senior management
Assist in regular monthly and quarterly closing processes to ensure accurate reporting of financials
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and special projects
Maintain and enhance financial models and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or a related field
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel data manipulation (pivot tables and charting tools)
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with partners across functions
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time appropriately and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic, high level of personal integrity, and accountability
Ability to work onsite at least 2 days/week
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
Preferred
Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
