They are seeking Welding Engineers Level 2 to Level 5 to oversee advanced welding processes and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to produce aerospace components.

Responsibilities
Overseeing and developing advanced welding processes
Conducting laser and arc welding operations
Ensuring adherence to quality standards
Performing detailed welding inspections
Closely collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams
Apply knowledge of metallurgy to optimize processes
Contribute to the reliable production of aerospace components
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in GTAW and E.B. Welding techniques
Strong experience in Problem solving and Quality Control practices
Solid understanding of Metallurgy and its applications in welding processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Preferred
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry is a plus
Relevant certifications in welding or quality standards are advantageous
