Responsibilities

Partner with federal clients to translate mission needs and future goals into secure, scalable Azure architectures
Lead cloud adoption and modernization initiatives
Design enterprise-grade solutions and guide teams through delivery while ensuring alignment with federal compliance standards
Mentor engineers and shape cloud and modernization strategy
Help grow our digital solutions portfolio

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience as a software or cloud solution architect, leading Agile teams delivering microservice and API-based applications
Experience supporting FedRAMP accreditation or ATO efforts
Experience with data platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Azure SQL
Experience designing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, VNets, App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage, and Monitor
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain a Microsoft Azure Certification such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification, within 3 months of start date

Preferred

Experience briefing and supporting senior government decision-makers
Experience as a lead architect on large federal or enterprise applications
Experience working closely with senior agency or enterprise architects
Experience supporting architecture governance and review boards
