Talent Acquisition Manager
Evergreen Healthcare Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong candidate relationships while ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. The role involves managing key aspects of the candidate lifecycle, focusing on proactive pipeline engagement, initial job outreach, and job placement coordination.

Responsibilities
Conduct sourcing leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top-quality talent
Support the identification and engagement of potential candidates through ongoing pipeline maintenance
Execute on new sourcing and talent acquisition strategies in partnership with all members of the Talent Acquisition team
Maintain ongoing candidate connections, ensuring engagement every 2–3 weeks until the candidate is placed on a project
Proactively re-engage past candidates for new opportunities by conducting text or email outreach, and reconnection calls
Proactively reconnect with candidates with an availability date within 60 days to ensure readiness for new submissions
Assist with resume prioritization, focusing on updates and full conversions of high-priority candidates
Brainstorm, test, and implement new sourcing strategies to expand Evergreen’s talent pipelines, particularly in emerging or hard-to-fill areas
Partner with team members to identify new sourcing channels, messaging approaches, or outreach tactics to improve candidate engagement and response rates
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Directors to create shortlists for open jobs
Work in partnership with Talent Acquisition Directors to conduct and support initial outreach to candidates regarding job openings
Prepare and fulfill administrative tasks such as VMS candidate cover letters, candidate submission bullets, and support submission and verbal offer workflows
Represent Evergreen’s brand in all candidate interactions, ensuring a consistent, values-aligned experience
Contribute ideas to improve Evergreen’s visibility and reputation in the talent market, including messaging, outreach templates, and candidate touchpoints
Share insights from candidate interactions and market trends with leadership to inform branding, sourcing, and engagement strategies

Cultivate meaningful relationships across Evergreen
Embrace radical candor by building relationships and providing direct feedback and recognition at all levels
Communicate in meetings, one-on-ones, and daily interactions with clarity, purpose, and respect
Participate in cross-functional projects
Coordinate and support company-wide programs and special projects
Assist and back up colleagues when necessary
Embrace change as Evergreen scales systems and processes
Attend Evergreen’s in-person annual retreat one time per year
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in customer service or human resources OR 2+ years of experience in a similar role within Evergreen
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and similar software
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service
Effective at building relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
