Responsibilities
Prepare and upload monthly activity from operating companies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial systems
Reconcile general ledger accounts, review peer reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
Oversee daily AP transactions, vendor setups, and review monthly departmental expenditures
Assist with internal and external audit schedules, special projects, and system upgrades
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
Strong knowledge of GAAP and hands-on experience with general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting
Preferred
Experience with systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or Concur is a plus
