Associate Brand Marketing Manager – Hearthstone (Contract)
Activision Blizzard's Hearthstone Marketing Team is looking for an Associate Brand Marketing Manager to support global publishing and product marketing initiatives for Hearthstone. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally to create compelling content and manage marketing projects.

Responsibilities
Assist the Brand Marketing team in managing Hearthstone’s creative pipeline, creating amazing content across all consumer touchpoints, including owned and operated channels, storefront, and social media
Champion Brand Marketing projects directly with internal creative partners and external agency partners to ensure all communications materials deliver against the creative strategy. This includes briefing external partners, gathering the necessary assets for the project, managing the day-to-day of the external creative agency and internal creative partners to help ensure we’re operating at optimal levels
Collaborate on driving project management pipelines for overall schedules and deadlines and review agency estimates for services. Plus, you’ll help us manage trafficking/approvals processes and asset needs and distribution to international offices
Participate in creative briefings and attend subsequent creative reviews to provide feedback and direction
Communicate and motivate cross-functional teams around a single strategy. Collaborate with key development team personnel on go-to-market strategies and creative asset development
Able to learn new markets quickly and adjust to changing market dynamics and competitive landscapes
Assist the Brand Marketing team in creating the messaging strategy and writing copy for owned and operated channels and storefront
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in marketing, creative agency account management, mobile publishing experience a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strategic and creative thinking
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies communicating feedback in a clear manner. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize tasks under shifting requirements and deadlines
Strong ability to balance and blend the needs of various departments and team members into effective strategies
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to navigate social conflicts professionally
A passion for gaming on PC and mobile
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
Flexibility to travel, which may be required on occasion in this role
Preferred
Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
Awareness of mobile gaming behavioral trends
