Responsibilities
Engaging and inspiring students through consistent, one-on-one and small-group interaction—no traditional lectures, only high-impact coaching
Leveraging adaptive technology and AI-driven platforms to personalize learning velocity for each student
Facilitating focused workshops on leadership, life competencies, and practical success frameworks
Supporting students in identifying their unique strengths and broadening their aspirations via customized development plans
Shaping the evolution of Alpha's educational approach by sharing observations, data, and innovative recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Verifiable track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or instructional roles
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Availability to work on-site in Miami, FL or Santa Barbara, CA
