3+ years expLargeton Group is seeking an experienced Installation Engineer IV (Shakedown Engineer) to support CBRS radio deployments across the Philadelphia tri-state area. This role focuses on post-installation field testing, performance validation, and reporting for cellular radio units.

Responsibilities
Perform drive testing of CBRS radio units after installation
Plan and execute daily test routes across assigned markets
Run performance tests using mobile test applications and backend systems
Collect, analyze, and report network performance metrics
Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams
Validate device performance and report findings at end of day
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of relevant telecom / mobile network experience
Hands-on experience with Nokia cellular platforms
Proven drive testing experience in mobile / cellular environments
Solid understanding of cellular network fundamentals
Comfortable with daily field travel across PA / NJ / DE
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Strong preference for Nokia USM (management system)
Experience with Commissioning & Integration (CNI) is a strong plus
