Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls from policyholders looking to cancel
Retain 22%+ of policies by explaining benefits and offering alternatives
Manage up to 40 calls/day (10‑minute average)
Assist with billing, premium collections, and basic policy/claims questions
Enter data accurately across multiple systems
Meet performance targets for quality, handle time & retention
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Strong communication & customer service skills
Ability to stay calm during tough conversations
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's preferred
Contact center experience (1+ year preferred)
Plus: Retention, sales, bilingual skills, or insurance license
