Responsibilities
Serve as the SharePoint SME, providing technical leadership and best-practice guidance
Assess and optimize existing SharePoint environments (Online and/or On-Prem)
Design and support AI-enabled solutions, including chatbot integrations for content discovery and user support
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases
Configure, customize, and enhance SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and workflows
Support governance, security, and information architecture standards
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and recommendations for ongoing support
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a SharePoint SME (SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience with AI, chatbot, or virtual assistant technologies (e.g., Power Virtual Agents, Copilot, custom bots, or similar tools)
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, search, permissions, and content management
Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.)
Ability to work independently in a contract-based, deliverables-driven engagement
