Organizing materials, equipment, and areas for workshops and activities
Assisting academic staff with daily operations
Guiding and observing student participation
Managing schedules and overseeing transitions between sessions
Receiving mentorship from leaders who are transforming K-12 education
Qualification
Required
Available to work on-site at our Miami campus
Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with full flexibility to select your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time option available
Previous experience working with children
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Friendly, approachable demeanor with children
Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
