The AR Supervisor - Collections will support the Accounts Receivable functions by monitoring performance, assisting with issue resolution, and leading the collections team to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

Lead the collections team to meet performance targets

Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and feedback

Collaborate with the cash application and other departments to resolve disputes and issues

Review collections processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency

Generate and analyze reports on AR aging, collections performance and KPIs

Assist with month-end closing activities and audits by providing necessary documentation

Review past due AR reporting to ensure commentary provided as necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field required

Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and AR automation tools

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Preferred

4+ years of experience preferred

Team supervisory or management experience preferred
