Qualification
Required
Proven experience in executive or administrative support roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a high-demand, feedback-driven environment
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Background in finance, professional services, or education is a plus
