Responsibilities
Proactively solve client problems within the payments space through knowledge of market solutions and technical capabilities
Assist in facilitating the development of clients’ future-state payments architecture
Deliver end-to-end payment solutions that align with business goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure solutions
Advice on the implementation of architectural blueprints and technical documentation to guide the implementation of payment solutions
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the implementation process
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party payment services and solutions
Deliver exceptionally by applying best practices to accomplish project and organizational objectives
Continually expand your expertise in payments capabilities and payments technology
Collaborate with our internal and external partners to understand their solutions and how they are implemented
Share your expertise with internal and external teams, to enhance capabilities and contribute to our cross-market community
Intentionally grow and manage your professional network in delivery environments and/or area of expertise
Educate internal and external stakeholders about our capabilities and value of payments
Celebrate uniqueness and empower others to bring their full selves to work
Help develop the team by supporting the team vision, strategy, and targeted outcomes

Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in advanced functional or technical roles related to payments technology
Experience implementing third party platforms/partner platforms such as Stripe, Ayden, or similar
Experience in one or more of the following programming languages of Java, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, etc
Hands-on experience with API integrations
Proactive approach to identifying payments solutions and building a positive work culture
Comfort with navigating ambiguity on engagements while helping educate clients on the payment's domain
Prior payments solution delivery experience
