Responsibilities
Training and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Developing Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related discipline
Proven experience creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting
Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
