B2B Digital Performance Manager

ColinKurtis is a full-service marketing agency specializing in food, beverage, nutrition, and ingredient-driven brands. They are seeking a B2B Digital Performance Manager to lead digital advertising performance and measurement for B2B agency clients, focusing on demand generation and analytics while collaborating with various teams to ensure data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

Own and lead B2B digital advertising strategy and execution across demand generation, lead generation, and ABM programs
Translate client business objectives, KPIs, and competitive dynamics into integrated, full-funnel paid media strategies
Evaluate feasibility of complex programs and chart performance approaches based on data, evidence, and market realities
Articulate a clear point of view on performance media solutions, translating complexity and competitive insights into outcomes clients can act on
Manage and execute integrated, multi-channel digital ad programs across platforms including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, and B2B-focused programmatic platforms (e.g., Demandbase, Addaptive B2B)
Oversee campaign setup and optimization, including audience strategy, account and company targeting, creative uploads, tagging, testing, and ongoing optimization
Monitor competitive activity within paid channels to inform bidding strategy, messaging, format selection, and budget allocation
Ensure best-in-class execution while optimizing budgets for efficiency, scale, and ROI
Own overall performance measurement and reporting across paid, owned, and earned marketing initiatives
Oversee data and analytics initiatives, ensuring quality, accuracy, timeliness, and budget adherence
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance narratives that incorporate competitive benchmarks and market context
Generate custom reports and data visualizations that surface trends, risks, opportunities, and competitive shifts
Connect media and engagement metrics to business outcomes, including lead quality, pipeline contribution, and growth
Use analytics and competitive monitoring to drive continuous optimization across campaigns and channels
Track competitor activity, messaging, channel mix, and performance signals to inform strategy and testing
Recommend testing frameworks, measurement enhancements, and optimization opportunities informed by both data and market dynamics
Stay current on evolving measurement practices, including SEO/GEO, organic social reporting, and AI-driven discovery trends
Manage, mentor, and work side-by-side with two direct reports, ensuring high-quality execution and professional growth
Inspire internal teams and clients to elevate data literacy, analytics maturity, and competitive awareness
Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, buying, and account teams
Support fast-turn, high-expectation client needs with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Apply performance, analytics, and competitive intelligence expertise to B2B ingredient brands
Serve as a trusted internal and client-facing resource for digital performance, measurement, and competitive insights
Contribute to agency best practices and the continued evolution of CK’s digital performance capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
4–6+ years of experience in paid media, digital performance, data management, or analytics (agency experience strongly preferred)
2+ years of experience managing people and/or teams
Proven experience owning digital ads performance, analytics/reporting, and competitive insights in a client-facing role
Deep expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing metrics across paid, earned, owned, digital, and social channels
Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Funnel.io
Experience incorporating competitive monitoring into performance strategy and optimization
Ability to analyze and visualize complex data sets into clear insights and recommendations
Confidence presenting to Director-, VP-, and C-suite–level stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently
Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and execution quality

Preferred

Experience with SEO, GEO, or organic social reporting is a plus
Experience working with B2B ingredient brands is a strong plus
