Responsibilities
Support compliance litigation and regulatory remediation programs led by law firms
Assist with execution of regulatory settlement obligations, monitorships, and consent orders
Analyze regulatory requirements and apply them to remediation and compliance initiatives
Coordinate with law firm teams, in-house legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders
Support document review, compliance testing, and issue remediation workflows
Prepare compliance documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders
Assist with responses to regulatory inquiries and enforcement-related requests
Ensure compliance activities align with applicable regulatory standards and expectations
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar admission preferred
4–8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, enforcement support, or compliance litigation
Experience supporting law firm–led regulatory matters or large-scale compliance programs
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to regulated industries
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven compliance environments
Strong analytical, writing, and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred
Experience in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated sectors
