Outside Sales Development Manager
Velocity Flex is seeking a driven, self-motivated sales professional to help grow their client’s business in custom packing, crating, and compliance services. The role focuses on building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and selling solutions that keep goods moving safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across packaging, crating, and compliance services
Build strong, consultative relationships with clients handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials
Present and promote service offerings to drive revenue growth
Meet with clients in person—locally and at industry events or trade shows
Understand customer needs related to hazmat regulations, warehousing, shipping, and transit requirements
Qualification
Required
Driven, self-motivated sales professional
Experience in custom packing, crating, and compliance services
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Strong consultative relationship-building skills with clients handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials
Ability to present and promote service offerings to drive revenue growth
Willingness to meet with clients in person—locally and at industry events or trade shows
