Responsibilities
Assist in pitch sheet creation of all-over prints
Develop artwork variations and recolors, making scale adjustments as needed
Create clean repeat tiles, seamless patterns, and layered files
Ensure production ready artwork has accurate color callouts and file formatting before sending to factories
Work cross-functionally with design to ensure brand identity aligns
Support product development with samples
Organize prints boards, presentation materials, and CADs
Revise artwork as needed
Maintain seasonal libraries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree textile, surface, or graphic design
internship to 3 years of relevant print experience
Expert photoshop and illustrator skills
Understanding of color theory and print execution
Strong illustration skills
Understanding of factory printing limitations and embellishment techniques
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Proactive team player with strong initiative
