Responsibilities
Coaching and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing obstacles
Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to maximize student participation and success
Personally coaching a select group of students, demonstrating advanced mentoring and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions
Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to recruit, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Competency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and support ongoing improvement
Available to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
