Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Build, refine, and maintain scalable marketing workflows to ensure 100% on-time delivery
Act as the lead operational account manager on bi-weekly calls with property teams and General Managers
You must have experience training non-technical teams on how to use workflow tools
Manage asset organization, approval workflows, and deliverable timelines between creative teams and clients
Manage team bandwidth and project assignments to prevent burnout while meeting tight hospitality deadlines and ensuring high-quality output
In partnership with our Creative Director, assist with the review of deliverables to ensure they meet the strategic goals of the hotel properties before they reach the client
Own the delivery of monthly and quarterly performance reports across social, email, and web
Provide YoY, QoQ, and MoM insights with actionable recommendations based on data trends
Use analytics to support revenue-adjacent strategies and influence creative direction
Act as the primary operational liaison between 10and5Creative and the Hay Creek Hotels corporate infrastructure (specifically Revenue Management & Operations)
Develop and lead training sessions for property-level teams (GMs and Sales leads) to ensure they understand how to utilize our intake systems and submit creative requests correctly
Oversee the operational onboarding of new properties into the Hay Creek portfolio
Provide expert marketing guidance and brand consultation for GMs, Hotel Management leadership teams
Act as the 'on-call' strategic problem-solver for real-time creative or operational challenges
Lead the end-to-end social media setup for new property openings, ensuring brand-standard profiles on Instagram and Facebook
Oversee and assist in community management to ensure high engagement and guest satisfaction
Develop and execute boosting strategies (paid social) to optimize content reach and drive conversions
Working with the Creative Director, help direct creative strategists and content creators on asset needs while managing the execution and deployment of those final assets

Required

Experience: at least 5 years in creative operations or project management (Agency or Hospitality background preferred)
Software Mastery: 2–3+ years of expert-level experience with Monday.com, Metricool, Canva, DropBox, and the full Google Workspace suite. Deep expertise in Instagram and Facebook (Meta) (organic and paid)
CRM & Email Marketing: Must be comfortable working within and building out email marketing campaigns and automated workflows within a CRM system
Process-Minded: This is the core function of the role. You must be extremely organized and able to turn creative chaos into streamlined workflows. You enjoy building systems, managing complex timelines, and translating data into actionable strategies
Communication: Amazing verbal and written communication skills are essential for leading property calls and advisory sessions
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Agency Experience: Proven track record of working in a fast-paced agency environment, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and clients simultaneously
Analytical Proficiency: Strong ability to translate complex data sets into 'human' stories and actionable business strategies for stakeholders
Technical Agility: A 'quick study' with software; ability to troubleshoot platform integrations and stay ahead of emerging marketing technology trends
Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring every deliverable—from a social post to a quarterly report—is polished and error-free
Stakeholder Management: Experience managing 'up' to executive leadership and 'across' to property-level managers with emotional intelligence and professionalism
Strategic Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate operational bottlenecks before they occur and suggest creative solutions
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid environment, staying self-motivated and maintaining high team morale across different time zones
Ability to research and understand the historical background of a property and its locale, familiarization with what an area is known for, as well as popular destination landmarks
Finger on the pulse of what is trending/emerging within the digital content and social media space, and apply learnings to the business
