Ability to run transactions from beginning to end

Qualification
Required
Approximately 7 years of experience in real estate practice
Significant experience in real estate finance
Familiarity in LIHTC and bond deals
Experience with construction/permanent loans
Experience working with subordinate financing
Ability to run transactions from beginning to end
Strong oral and written communication skills
Georgia Bar admission
Attention to detail

Ability to appropriately prioritize matters
