Responsibilities

Process nonconformance documentation and perform evaluations to restore product conformity
Review production planning for accuracy and adequacy to ensure quality data is properly captured
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective Actions
Write, issue, and review First Article Inspection (FAI) reports in accordance with applicable standards
Perform planning reviews to ensure inspection needs and requirements are fully addressed
Conduct regular 5S walkdowns to maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned quality-related tasks
May be required to be on-call outside of standard working hours for remote support as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and/or issue resolution, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Ability to be on-call outside of working hours for remote support as needed

Preferred

Material Review Board Experience
Background in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry
Experience working in a nonconformance management system
Proficiency with SAP
Quality inspection experience
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
