Responsibilities

Organize and execute the onboarding process for new employees, to include documentation, background checks, and applicable databases
Explain onboarding procedures and monitor progress of new employees
Collaborate with talent acquisition team members on orientation schedules
Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry and various methods of communication with new employees
Manage site specific tasks for new employees, such as relaying necessary personnel information for seating charts, as well as parking, building, suite, and any additional accesses
Attend and participate in scheduled conference calls regarding talent acquisition and onboarding status updates
Utilize technology and data to effectively track each onboarding step while identifying concerns and matters in need of further attention
Maintain necessary communication with the onboarding lead, talent acquisition team, other HR counterparts, hiring managers, and appropriate departments, to support the flow of the onboarding process
Function as site contact for new Austin based employees
Other duties as assigned

Required

HS diploma, or equivalent, required
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
Experience in Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong customer focus (internal and external)
Must be detail orientated
