Responsibilities
Maintain and support NetSuite for internal users and service accounts - user access controls, access token management
Understanding of NetSuite roles and permissions and ability to define permissions based on user needs
5+ years experience in NetSuite data model and full understanding of data relationships to build saved searches and reports based on financial requirements
Knowledge and experience in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Acquire-to-Retire
Experience working in a public company and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance in the areas of IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Automated Controls (ITAC)
Expertise in NetSuite modules and features and strong background in adopting inherent functions for process enablement
3+ years experience with SuiteBuilder - Custom Records, Custom Transactions, Custom Fields, SuiteFlow, and strong background in troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions within the platform
3+ years experience with SuiteScript and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot script related issues and perform root cause analysis
Familiarity with using NetSuite API Secrets in conjunction with SuiteScripts
Review and manage NetSuite releases with experience in discerning financially impacting changes that require internal testing
Knowledge of SuiteTalk API (SOAP & REST) and perform advisory on best practices when integrating with NetSuite
Experience and understanding of financial close and consolidation is a plus
Experience in NetSuite Inventory, Supply Chain, and MRP is a big plus
Certified NetSuite Administrator is a big plus
Certified NetSuite SuiteScript developer is nice to have
5+ years of experience with NetSuite or other SaaS multi-tenant applications
3+ years of development experience including JavaScript, or other object oriented languages is preferred
