The role involves managing service technicians' schedules, coordinating customer service appointments, and ensuring efficient communication between field service technicians and customers.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain service technicians’ schedules, including on-call shifts
Coordinate with customers regarding service appointments and expected arrival times
Handle general inquiries about scheduling, lead times, and invoicing
Ensure accuracy and updates in the customer database
Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Direct service industry dispatch experience is required
Minimum 2 years of dispatch or related experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in various customer service related programs, and experience with Service Titan is a big plus
Familiarity with our service area and/or strong map-reading skills
Ability to work in-office Monday-Friday (7 AM - 4 PM) schedule, with flexibility for rotating weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed that would be worked remotely
Valid driver's license, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Preferred
Prior dispatching experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical is preferred
