They are seeking a Financial Data Analyst to analyze financial and operational data, develop forecasting models, and support strategic decision-making for IP portfolio management.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain forecasting models for IP portfolios and related financial metrics
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership and clients using Excel, Access, and BI tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and pricing strategies for IP services
Assist in data migration, validation, and troubleshooting during system implementations
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide actionable insights for decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access) and collaboration tools like MS Teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred

Experience in Intellectual Property domain or legal research would be an added advantage
Familiarity with SQL and VBS scripting (preferred)
Immediate Joiners are Preferred
