Responsibilities
Setting up materials, equipment, and learning spaces for workshops and sessions
Assisting academic staff with instructional support
Monitoring and facilitating student participation
Managing schedules and overseeing smooth transitions between sessions
Learning from leaders who are transforming K-12 education
Assist Guides in fulfilling Alpha's core commitments to students: promoting academic achievement, building life skills, and cultivating a passion for learning
Qualification
Required
Available to work in person at our Miami campus
Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with complete flexibility to set your schedule during school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM). Full-time position available
Prior experience working with children
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Friendly, approachable demeanor with children
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
