Identify, source, and interview highly skilled professionals
Build strong relationships with candidates across your market
Guide candidates from initial outreach through offer negotiation and placement
Build, grow, and maintain relationships with clients in your niche sector
Understand client hiring goals and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Provide market insights around talent availability, salaries, and competitive trends
Prospect and engage new clients through strategic outreach
Pitch Phaidon's services and generate new business opportunities
Work toward revenue, placement, and activity KPIs
Become a specialist within a specific market (e.g., Life Sciences, Financial Services, Legal, Infrastructure)
Monitor market trends and talent movements to strengthen your industry knowledge
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in sales, recruitment, or a client-facing role
Resilient, driven, and motivated by targets and performance
A competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
