Responsibilities
Build FSC solutions using OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards), Flow Orchestration, Apex, and LWC
Configure FSC objects, entitlements, territories, and Account/Contact relations; implement reporting and dashboards
Integrate with enterprise systems using secure APIs; write unit/integration tests and automation hooks
Adhere to architecture patterns, coding standards, and performance/security best practices
Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design; create documentation
Support deployments and hypercare; triage and fix production issues
Ensure upgrade success with minimal remediation
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of Salesforce development experience; 2+ years on FSC
Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL skills; experience with OmniStudio and Flows
Certifications: Platform Developer I (required)
Solid understanding of security, data quality, and performance tuning
Preferred
Platform Developer II (preferred)
OmniStudio Developer
FSC AP is a plus
Experience with enterprise integrations and API security
Familiarity with deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly
Knowledge of FSC upgrade strategies and remediation best practices
