Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, overseeing both self-serve and managed-service models to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
Lead client onboarding and training initiatives, empowering enterprise users to master the DSP platform and integrate new features into their workflows
Partner with clients on campaign architecture, optimization, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical hurdles and improve client outcomes
Translate complex business goals into actionable platform strategies, providing expert recommendations on inventory types and targeting methodologies
Proactively monitor account health, identify potential churn risks, and uncover growth opportunities to support renewals and platform expansion

Required

3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
A robust background in AdTech, programmatic advertising, and DSP platforms
Proven experience supporting high-level enterprise clients within a SaaS or AdTech ecosystem
Proficiency in managing both self-serve and managed-service account structures
Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate campaign data into meaningful insights and strategic recommendations
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and projects simultaneously
