Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions
Provide daily production support for Oracle EBS Financials and related modules (e.g., issues with period close, check printing, integrations, workflows, data issues). Support and enhance existing customizations across Oracle EBS R12 (12.2 preferred, 12.x acceptable)
Manage the Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements
Manage modules that are closely integrated with Finance like Projects and Order Management
Work on enhancements and value additions in these modules for increased optimization and user experience
Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations
Develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments
Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the above Oracle modules
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle
Experience with Oracle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Oracle Projects, Order Management, and General Ledger modules
Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions
Experience providing daily production support for Oracle EBS Financials and related modules
Ability to manage the Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements
Experience managing modules that are closely integrated with Finance like Projects and Order Management
Ability to work on enhancements and value additions in these modules for increased optimization and user experience
Experience conducting testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations
Ability to develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments
Ability to create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides
Knowledge of compliance with industry standards and best practices in Oracle modules
