Call Center Representative
Mister Sparky Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their Customer Care Department in Lowell, AR. This full-time role involves supporting daily operations in a fast-paced contact center environment by interacting with customers and ensuring smooth scheduling and resolution of concerns.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries
Ensure all daily appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed
Communicate clearly with service technicians, dispatchers, operations managers, and fellow CSRs
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Accurately enter and update information in dispatching/scheduling software
Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software (training provided)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or call center roles
Familiarity with dispatch or scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan or similar)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
