Partner Manager
Three Pillars Recruiting is seeking a Partner Manager to open and scale a new category of partners focused on creative agencies adopting AI-native creative production. This role involves building relationships, recruiting agencies, and driving revenue through effective partnerships and strategic execution.

Responsibilities
Identify and recruit high-potential creative agencies through proactive outbound
Build deep working relationships with agency leaders and operators
Help agencies adopt and become experts in AI creative production
Design and execute partner motions that generate pipeline and revenue at scale
Define partner positioning, enablement, incentives, and success metrics
Launch agency pilots quickly, measure results, and iterate toward repeatability
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align GTM execution
Own partner performance end-to-end: sourcing → activation → revenue
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships or indirect sales
Strong commercial judgment and structured thinking
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and persistence
Comfort operating without a predefined playbook
Willingness to do the full scope of the work: outbound, enablement, follow-ups, and closing
NYC-based
Onsite, in-office role
Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership
Direct accountability for measurable outcomes
Preferred
Experience in partnerships, BD, or revenue roles at startups
Experience working with creative agencies, studios, or production partners
Exposure to SaaS, eCommerce, martech, or AI-first products
Ability to clearly explain and sell complex, technical products
