Responsibilities
Should possess 8+ years of Taleo Techno-Functional experience in design, development & configuration in Taleo Recruiting & TCC Integrations
Should have good experience of Taleo Connect Client (TCC) for integration development/ troubleshooting/ maintenance
Should possess good understanding of Taleo SmartOrg structure and configurations (OLF, Career sites, User profiles, Passport integrations, etc.)
Should possess good experience of Taleo Recruiting processes and configuration
Should have good knowledge of Taleo Onboarding and Offboarding (Transitions) configuration HTML/ CSS to support Taleo Sourcing updates and maintenance
Should possess good experience of integrating other HRIS applications like Oracle HCM Cloud using Taleo Client Connect
Should possess strong development skills particularly SQL, PL/ SQL and Java
Should have good experience in development and maintenance of Taleo Reports
Should possess good communication skills - verbal and written
