Responsibilities
Data entry and database management
Subcontractor invoicing
Coordinate materials and equipment tracking
Track and verify field production across multiple projects and markets
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Qualification
Required
Strong accounting and technical/business knowledge
Verifiable experience in project management, operations, or business management
Experience in data management and strong data entry skills
Knowledge of finance, billing, invoicing, and P&L
Preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Process and documentation orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience with GIS mapping software a plus
Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools a plus
Understanding of basic utility construction processes and terminology a plus
