Responsibilities
Consult-only MFM opportunity in Akron, Ohio with block scheduling and optional remote call
Only 1 week per month, you pick the weeks
Optional remote call, phone consults only
No deliveries, no primary OB duties
Long term assignment through summer 2026
Outpatient consultative MFM clinic
Supports a Level III hospital with over 3,000 annual deliveries
Collaborative team includes 6 MFMs, 4 APPs, OBs, and behavioral health
Academic appointment available
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Block scheduling supported
Call is 1 in 3, moving to 1 in 4, fully remote and not required
High risk OB including diabetes and reproductive genetics
Amniocentesis, CVS, and umbilical cord sampling
Strictly consult and co-management only
Qualification
Required
Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal and Fetal Medicine
Active Ohio license or open to IMLC physicians
BLS, DEA, NRP, and PALS required
