Sr. Marketing Strategist, Acquisition or ECM

Responsibilities
Oversees the management of program strategy brief execution, participates in stakeholder meetings and coordinates campaign analysis. Maintains the team's marketing calendar and results trackers as needed. Strong task prioritization and coordination skills needed. - (30%)
Leads the execution of campaign strategies, partnering with cross-disciplinary teams. Ensures campaigns are timely and flawless, adhering to legal and regulatory standards. Reviews marketing collateral, manages program timelines, and coordinates across matrix organization. Contributes to process improvements and documentation revisions. Prioritizes tasks and manages campaigns simultaneously. - (20%)
Partners with analytics partners to develop campaign performance reporting and continuous monitoring. Compiles and contribute to marketing campaign hindsight analyses and insights to prepare for results sharing across internal and external stakeholders. Assists ion creation of actionable next steps based on campaign learnings. - (20%)
Develops marketing plans for specific verticals/products. Optimizes program performance to achieve/exceed KPIs. Assesses campaign results for strategic improvements. Independently addresses campaign needs and responds to strategic initiatives. Identifies new program ideas, manages programs, coordinates meetings, and reports results. Supports Manager on campaigns and portfolios as needed. - (10%)
Provides cost and revenue information to ensure alignment on marketing investment decisions. Works to ensure campaigns fulfill strategic objectives and drive profile use of marketing funds. - (10%)
Acts as first line of defense, overseeing adherence to bank compliance standards related to capabilities and omni-channel marketing materials. Assist with teams’ implementation of necessary legal, compliance and other required regulatory practices and/or documentation to mitigate execution errors and mitigate regulatory concerns. - (5%)
Provides peer feedback and training to junior associates. Demonstrates leadership by training peers and being a knowledge resource. Called upon to lead or participate in special projects across the Marketing Center of Excellence. This could include broader process improvement exercises, integration of new/different regulatory or compliance directives, channel optimization work, etc. - (5%)
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
8+ years experience in Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Advertising, Communication, Business Management, or related fields
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Experience in building marketing plans and strategies for credit cards/payments
Experience in financial services marketing
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
