Responsibilities
Drive outbound business development to generate new search engagements with hiring managers, founders, and senior leaders
Source, evaluate, and present high-quality candidates across technical and GTM functions
Run full-cycle searches from intake through offer and close
Develop expertise within a defined technology niche and progressively grow your book of business
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a search firm or staffing firm environment
Currently a 360 recruiter (sales + recruiting) or doing 100% delivery, but focused in the verticals and skillsets above
Direct-hire placement experience required
