The HDI Generator Tester will be responsible for disassembling, reclaiming, and assembling major components while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
Disassemble major components using various machines and tools
Reclaim parts as required by the work instructions and processes
Assemble major components using various machines and tools
Solder material as needed
Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company
Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas
Work attendance must be exemplary
Perform set-up, material handling duties, and minor general maintenance
Participate in the processes of continuous improvement
Operator is responsible for all area housekeeping
Ability to effectively perform similar positions on the floor at any point in time
Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Perform the Disassembly, Reclaim and Assembly of major components
Perform minor machine set-ups
General maintenance
Area housekeeping
Make decisions determining the quality of the products and services being offered
Regular lifting, pushing and pulling material
Disassemble major components using various machines and tools
Reclaim parts as required by the work instructions and processes
Assemble major components using various machines and tools
Solder material as needed
Follow safety standards
Wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas
Exemplary work attendance
Perform set-up, material handling duties, and minor general maintenance
