Responsibilities
Develop and manage our companies recruiting efforts while collaboratively working with our division leaders and management team
Define consistent data driven hiring metrics and goals
Passionately drive results by thinking outside the box and acting quickly to ensure the long term best interest of company objectives
Provide front line support to manager, directors and executive leadership in all areas culture, employee relations, including coaching development and policy compliance
Responsible for the development and management of talent development, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits program
Oversee the on boarding process and well as provide council regarding terminations
Oversee the company handbook and company policies regarding employees
Manage pre-employment process, new hire orientation and maintenance of employee records
Qualification
Required
Effective verbal and written communication: the ability to communicate with applicants, and employees at all levels of our organization
Strong Critical Thinking and Organization
Attention to Detail
Self Motivated able to work independently and with the understanding of when to escalate issues to upper management
Strong sense of accountability, ownership and a proactive approach
People person with understanding of social media
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
